The World Wide Citizens Protection Service (WWCPS) has discovered a danger for every living organism in this world. | We found it likely that all of our world citizens want to know what kind of danger they are exposed to. This even more likely because you can protect yourself, just like all the other people who are living on this planet. What danger are we talking about?

-The WWCPS did a secret research project. This project was set up to solve a mysterious problem. In some areas on this planet plants, animals and other lifeforms disappeard. This all started in 1979 in Valkenswaard (a little place in the Netherlands). People started to wonder why the plants stopped growing, animals stopped eating and finally even died. In 1985 the WWCPS came to a very interesting conclusion. They all suffered from the same symptoms. What caused this terrible disease? | -Now the WWCPS has found the answer to all those questions. The problem was a terrible mutated organism. We monitored his life-style for a long time. His shape is different from all the other known organisms. That's why we named it after his terrible shape, we called it Hill. We also attached the name Robert, after the person who discovered this mutation. Translated in dutch: Robert van den Heuvel. Our main priority is to isolate Robert, stop his genes from growing and prevent Robert to multiply. -Robert is a mutated organism, probably caused by the pollution of the earth. He is spreading a terrible smell and a wide range of body fluids. We think this is caused by the rotting- process wich is going on inside this mutation. This terrible smell can affect every breathing and non-breathing organisms on this earth. His brains are pushed into his body due the non stop inside growing from his fore-head. He will swallow everything (trees, plants, animals and complete cities). Robert is spreading his disease by skincontact, air and water. The only way to stop this is to isolate every affected organism. -Robert can survive in a wide range of areas. He is located in the Netherlands, Spain, Belgium and even Germany, leaving a trail of disaster. We are trying to keep him in his natural environment, in order to isolate his smell and diseases. -What to do when Robert is located in your neighbourhood? You have to contact the WWCPS immediately. You can use the number of your local police station, or contact he WWCPS at the email-adres below. But most important stay away. Do not come close to Robert. Keep pets and children inside. Close windows and doors and turn on radio or television on the local channel. Keep the local phone network free for police, ambulance and fire-department.
